If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.


  • You have 30 calendar days from date of delivery to return items and receive a full refund or replacement if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect product. Contact us and we will provide a shipping label for your return.
  • Used items may not be returned.
  • If you want to return an item because you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received in. Also, items must be in the original packaging with the original receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping charges.


Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Original shipping costs are non­refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: Holiday Orders Returns

Any purchases you make between November 1st and December 31st have an extended “Holiday” return period.
You have until January 31st to return any items bought within this 2-month time period.
